Magic Photo Editor is a very handy and easy-to-use photo-editing tool that enables you to convert your ordinary photos into funny and artistic images.

The program supports multilayer image editing, which can help you to create exotic images and collages easily. You can now use more than 100 given clip arts, shapes, and masks to mix images and create something new. Its more than 20 frames and outline styles can give your images a professional touch. However, these expanded lists of effects and shapes are the only improvement we can find when compared to previous versions.

Its very easy and simple user interface makes the program a good option for novice users. However, the program lacks some very important features that any good image editor should have, and thus remains a very basic imaging tool. For example, you cannot drag and drop images to the editor, cut/copy or paste any part of the image being edited, and you cannot even convert images to any other format. I am surprised to see what you are given for a package of 18 MB. I cannot honestly recommend this tool not even for basic editing. I guess that even Microsoft’s Paint is a better “editor” than this program. Nevertheless, you can always try this tool for its simplicity, though there are many better image editors out there you can get free.
